How do i make spit bubbles?

i have seen poeple create bubbles out of spit with their tongues!! i wanna know how! please send a legit answer if you know!! thanks

First make sure you have lots of saliva.  Then, wet the lips, lightly closing together and separating, all the while keeping ample saliva to both lips.  Sugary spit seems to help, I strongly recommend eating Skittles before attempting.
