How do i make stir fried rice taste EXACTLY like they make it at a hibachi grill?

I have tried many recipes but none of them taste exactly like a real hibachi grill's fried rice

I think its a combination of two things:

1) The seasoning they put on it. I'm pretty sure they won't tell you what it is as its probably a house recipe (or they might tell you what it is, but not in what portions). You can try different store bought seasonings (go to a Japanese market if you must) and see if you can find one close to it.

2) Also, you're probably tasting the grill. You're getting a little flavor from everything that's been cooked prior. Also the grill is an industrial grill, hotter than anything most people have at home. This gives it a different taste.
