  1. Do what your piercer told you.

  2. just keep it clean

  3. Firstly: Ignore the idiot who told you to take it out. I loved piercings and when I recently went to get my conch pierced my piercer told me one of the most popular ones now is the tragus - so good call!

As for healing it; it's pretty simple, just keep it clean and keep yourself healthy. Your body will heal it naturally and you just have to provide optimal conditions for it to do so.

I recommend sea salt soaks as a great way of cleaning. 1/4 teaspoon of non-iodised sea salt in 250ml of cooled boiled water (about coffee-drinking temperature). So for approximately 15 min, twice a day. Alternatively, you can clean it with an antibacterial soap. Don't overclean as it dries out the skin and hinders healing. And whatever you do don't use hydrogen peroxide or any of those antiseptics because it'll kill off the healing bacteria as well as the bad. Additionally, you shouldn't touch it during the healing process unless it's to clean it. Also: no keeping it submerged in dirty water like swimming or even baths.

Keep yourself healthy, which means plenty of vegetables and fruits. If you want to take multivitamins I'd go for 2000-3000 mg of Vitamin C, and 100-200 mg of zinc a day just for a boost. Don't drink heavily either.

Apart from that, it should do everything itself. XD Good luck!

  4. Take it out and pray you don't have an infection. Piercings are so stupid
