How do i make the sound work on my computer if i don't have a sound manager icon?

Install the sound card divers.

Here's how to get it back:

In Windows XP:

1. Click Start->Control Panel.

2. Click Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices.

3. Click Change the Speaker Settings.

4. Click the Place Volume Icon on the Taskbar checkbox

5. OK out of everything.

In Windows Vista:

1. Right-click on the taskbar and select Properties.

2. Click the Notification Area tab.

3. Check the Volume check box.

4. Click OK.
