Go to Microsoft Paint, and spend the next 5 hours pixel-painting something.

Naaah..search "MSN name generator" in Google. You will get billions of sites made for the above siggy images.

to make the first one, the easiest way to do such a painting thing is to:

-get a computer tablet (this lets you draw on the computer)

-get Corel Painter X (about $420) or Adobe Illustrator (about $600)

its a bit expensive but its totally worth it.

to make the second one, you have the free way:

download GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) for whichever operating system you use (it's free) and do the following steps:

1. Open a new file.

2. Write what you want on the layer +add some images in the background.

3. Make a duplicate layer.

4. Select the text and put a glow filter around it (or fool around with the provided filters).

5. Now save the file as a GIF file. A dialogue box should come up. Click on "Make as Animation".

6. Fool around with the settings and save.
