How do i make this abscess go away?

i get them all the time and they are very painful...

usually i use a heating pad and it comes to a head a burst..

this one isnt doing anythin and it hurts really bad idk what to do..

im in college and dont have a doc here so i cant go see a doc..

i need some cheap things to do so it will go away

I went to the hopsital and got mines removed...They bill you, but they can't turn you down if you owe a lot.
