  1. you go to the store and by milk eggs and butter and whip it till its fluffy, but don"t over beat it

  2. I have no idea what little plastic thing you'd want. Whipped cream is just that, except sweetened. You add a little sugar to cream as you whip it with a whisk or mixer.

  3. Whip cream until almost stiff. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks. Spread over top of cooled pie or dollop on bread pudding, gingerbread, cobblers, or other desserts

  4. cream, icing sugar (the really really fine stuff), vanilla extract, whisk it in a bowl until it is stiff. i don't measure, depends on how sweet you want it, you can always add more sugar and vanilla. it isn't rocket science man, you'll be fine.

  5. Buy a carton of heavy cream (also called whipping cream), and whip it with an electric mixer for 5 minutes or more until it's the consistency you want it to be. I don't even use sugar in mine, I think it's fine just the way it is. Just make sure everything (the cream, the bowl, the mixing blades) are really cold, it will work better.

  6. Fresh cream and an electric mixer is all you need.  Or handheld mixer if you've got the arm muscles.  Or buy thickened cream, but this may not be thick enough depending on your recipe.  I add icing sugar to the cream ... cos you can never have it to sweet !

  7. For  Basic  Whipped  Cream...

    2 cups heavy cream

1/4 cup sugar, or to taste

    1 tablespoon  chilled  vanilla extract

    DIRECTIONS

30  minutes  before  making  the  whipped  cream,  put  the  "beaters"  in  the  bowl  that  you  will  whip  the  cream  in,  and  put  all  in  the  freezer  to  chill.  After  the  30  minutes  is  up,  remove  from  the  freezer,  attach  the  beaters to  the  hand-held  electric  mixer  and  begin.

Add the cream  to  the  chilled  bowl, and whip with  the  electric  beater  until the cream is slightly thickened. Now add the sugar and any flavorings. Continue to whip until cream forms soft peaks. Don't whip beyond the soft-peak stage, because the cream will get stiff and curdle. Whipped cream made with good-quality cream should last for 24-hours.

    This  will  make  8  servings.
