Question:

How do i make white grape wine, all i have is white grapes and brewers yeast?

i need to know how much of everything to use and for how long does each step need to wait for the next. And how do i know when fermentation is complete?

  1. Pick up a book by CJJ Berry. It doesn't matter which one; they are all pitched to beginners and all have recipes.


  2. Fermentation is complete when it stops bubbling, or you put in a "stop" to make it stop.  You should by yeast for wine though.  You shouldn't use white grapes from the grocery store either, you can buy the base puree/juice from a wine making store.
