Well its actually a bit different for each internet browser... For Internet Explorer users:

1.  Go to your desired home page

2.  Go to internet Options (should be in the Tools option in Internet Explorer)

3.  Then just click USE CURRENT where is says home page

go to button that says home, click on it and press add/change home page

on web browser go to tools and then options.... type yahoo.com under the homepage space

If you're using Internet Explorer just go to Tools > Internet Options and in the General tab there should be a window where you can enter any website you want and it'll be set as your homepage.

If you're using Safari on Mac OS X, go to Safari Preferences (Command - ,) and in the General tab there is a window where you can enter any website you want to be set as you homepage.
