How do i market it ?

I have designed an improved and more efficient type of wind power tower. Does anyone knowas to whom I should subnit for testing and marketing? thanks for your reply.

There have been many millions spent on researching this topic. Are you sure that yours is better than what already exists?  Have you built a prototype?

You certainly want to file a provisional patent if you really have made an advance.

Did you research it to see if it actually is new?

Then probably you should get it patented first before someone steals the idea. Then talk to the major manufacturers like GE.
