How do i measure myself properly?

i need to know the proper way to measure my bust, hip, and waist measurements

and also my hallow to hem measurements

thank you in advance. its for prom i need to tell the guy over the phone who is 2 hours away as soon as possible.

Dorton girl gave the correct answer, I just wanted to add that it is a lot easier and more accurate if you have someone else do the measuring for you - a friend, etc. because every time you look down at the number, your posture changes and the measurements can alter.

Oh, and make sure you have a fitting asap, don't wait for the last moment if at all possible.

Measure your bust at the fullest part.....Hips at the widest part........ then your waist just above the hip bones......What ever size bra you wear would be your bust measurement   down the back,,,,,,,going in at the waist to the hem
