How do i move the whit ball in pool?

i playing the pool in yahoo an im playing people an they be moving the ball like 4 or more time an i siting thier wondering how if i havent scratch so how do they do it???????

They are able to move the cue ball (white ball) because you fouled.

You either hit their ball first, or failed to contact a rail after you hit your ball.
