im a tall, skinny guy, but i dont consider myself VERY fast. i notice that my strongest punch is usually my first punch. and im not very good at connecting with combos or being able to throw multiple strong punches.i was watching clips of mike tyson training and he can throw 5-7 different punches in a row lightning quick. and it looks like every punch he threw was full force and could knock some one out.what or how should i train if i want to be able to throw multiple punches quickly but with a lot of power also? work out my core? weights? free weights? cardio? tips and suggestions please.
