I have invented the Subway Starbucks Souper which basically a sandwich put in a blender with a cup of coffee. In this busy world people haven,t got time to waste chewing, they need the convenience of the Subway Starbucks Souper. I just need to get a patent and 20 million gazillion dollars in funding to help me develop the idea in the style to which I could very easily become accustomed.

  1. Not sure but i think you have to be over 5yrs old. Nice spelling for a wee fella.

  2. EEEWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWIIIIIIIIIIIIEEE...

  3. You may not need a patent.  If you do then I'd suggest the "Dummies" book on doing it yourself.  My grandfather patented many himself and the last one was done when he was 86.  That book was the only one he used.

If you are willing to try something else, I suggest listening to a tele-seminar given by inventRight.  Their seminars are free and are held about every three weeks and they explain why you might not patent something before you license it to someone else.

You can use the royalties to patent the product if it sells.  Just search for inventRight online to make the connection.

They do sell services and books but you are not required to.

If nothing else, they are a great place to start.

  4. You need a rich sucke . . . I mean sponsor.

Here's what you do.  You develop a website that will reach to all corners of the globe.  99% of the people that visit your website will never return again.  Of the remaining 1%, half of them will want to fire you out of a cannon stuffed with marmalade for your screwball ideas.  Then we are down to the percentage of people that contains a small group that will invest in any d**n thing.  Out of those 17,500,000 peeps, you only need one.  Good luck.

I'll have a grande steak puree, hold the gristle.

  5. This has already been done. Joseph Mindbender, of Beaver Falls, Wisconsin invented the "Soup Sandwich" in 1927. Many also attribute the finding to one Carl "Tiny" DePeter, of Long Island, NY. An early attempt by Mr. Wadsworth J. Hogan of Diss, Suffolk, UK turned fatal when Mr. Hogan's goat, Percy, ate an untested experiment and died of Trigee-nosis. Hence the term, "Hogan's Goat."

  6. Call it a Buckstardad Souper so you don't get stitched up like a kipper.

  7. Why do you beat around the bush and just come out and say " I am afraid to see a Dentist"!

  8. Oh, and permission from "Starbucks" to use their name

  9. Unfortnately since this is more of a recipe than an actual "invention" it can't be patented or copyrighted.

And remember when it comes to food someone else has probably already done, made, cooked it before you.
