How do i obtain someones medical record?

There is no legal means for you to do so. Privacy of medical records is protected under HIPAA.

I have assumed you are not a doctor treating this "guy" as a patient.

Not going to happen. That is very much confidential information and any one who releases it to you would be liable.

If you have ever been to a doctors office, you will always be given a form that says they will not release your medical info. It is called doctor/patient confidentiality.

If you feel that this guy is not telling you the truth you shouldn't be dealing with him in the first place. Move on.

It is against HIPPA regulations. You will be breaking the law.

You cannot get YOUR OWN medical record online.

You have no legal right to anyone else's medical record, unless it is your minor child.  If the court feels such records are necessary for a lawsuit, they can issue a subpoena.

No doctor would be idiot enough to put medical records online.
