How do i open a small bakery?

i want to open a small bakery in downtown Los Angeles, I am a waitress and a student with no money...i know about SCORE but where do i begin....please help

  1. You sign a lease for $1,000 a month for a bakery building. You talk to the City Treasurer about any taxes.  YOu pay some Social Security on your employees wages.  You can buy used equipment in the classified ads.  Thanks to craigslist.org you can shop across the USA.  Drive the stuff back by U-Haul.  You put out a sign.  Buy some flour and sugar and start baking.  You could be in business in 2 weeks. /
