How do i open my chakras?

i want to meet my animal totem but need to open my third eye first.so how do i open my chakras?

Your third eye opens up upon self realization, you must connect mind, body, and spirit (be prepared for the flash of mind blowing light energy you will see inside of you and the whole room when the eye opens, and yes it will close again if you are not ready - I wasn't).

Your totem will visit you in dreams in a very vivid manner you will be able to see through their eyes that is how you know them (mine are the eagle and stallion-came to me in the same dream)

I think its about your state of mind and how relax your mind is when trying to open your charkras. The more you free yourself from distaction a better chance of opening.

I found I need music designed to help open them. Your third eye will probably take longer, I suggest a respectable and legit energy healer in your area to help you.

first you have to understand what your chakras are.

They are some kind of aura on a higher vibrational frequency, which can not be seen, felt, or heard, or measured by any human instruments. However, we somehow know they exist and they have colors...........

I would say, use your imagination, because that seems to be where chakras exist, in the imagination.

For whatever it's worth, my animal guides come to me in my dreams, so pay attention to your dreams, but also pay attention to animals you see around you a lot. For example, everywhere I go there are always two crows and one seagull. And they're always flying around me or very near to me. Or those little birds with the blue wings that dive bomb my head while I'm out for a walk (happened on quite a few occassions). Or the woodpecker in a neighbors tree one day when I have NEVER heard OR seen any in our neighborhood.

Also, you're bound to have more than one, but you may notice a pattern in the TYPE of animal it is (mine is cats).
