How do i organize folders to play my ipod on my car stereo?

i have a kenwood car stereo and it has a usb slot so i can play my ipod. when i play my ipod the songs come out random in different folders. and i want to know how to play them so i can listen to the songs i want. or how to organize the folders with the songs i want. help needed please help thanx!!

  1. you mean a playlist? on itunes just go into file and select "new playlist" then give it a name, and from your library just drag the songs you want into it.
