Hmm.. "Bypass K9 Web Protection V1.2" is the solution.

Jump to http://spyrozone.net , Register (Free) and the download "Bypass K9 Web Protection V1.2". It can unblock all blocked website filtered by K9 Version 3.2.xx - 4.0.288 (latest version) just in second.

It has a feature to restore Administrator Settings and log to the original Admin configuration so they will not be able to watch your activity.

But.. it need Windows Administrator privilege to run. If you don't have Windown Administrator Access, just click the foolowing site to clear Windows Admin password: http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/

Umm.. maybe you need to download and prepare all tools in Internet Cafe or by using another computer which doesn't have K9 installed.
