How do i pack light for two weeks and i have a small suitcase and a HUGE packing list?

i have a camping trip for two weeks and my packing list is HUGE! i don't think my suitcase can cram it all. I just started, and my suitcase is almost full! Help!

You are going camping. Not visiting New York. All you need is clean underwear, two tops, and two pairs of trousers. One pair of good hiking boots and some socks. One torch, a scarf for round your neck or head area. Thats it. If you have to travel light, then I assume you are going to be humphing all this stuff around on your back? Don't make it hard on yourself. Take these essentials and thats it. Oh - and a towel. :)

Rolling your clothes is a good bet.

and using all the room wisely, so pack real tightly, shoes in the corner or in the middle of two stacks.

pick and chose what you take. recognize the difference between needs and wants.

roll your clothes.....it always works for me.  Plus no wrinkles....but I guess if you are going to be in the woods you won't mind a few wrinkles now, will you?
