Disassemble the gun into as many parts as you can. Put some clothes in a suitcase then scatter the gun parts around the clothes, then put some more clothes on top of it.  In another suitcase, put the co2 cartridges around the bottom edge of the bag, then put in clothes to hold them at the edges.

You should be OK.
