Your council can come back to have you explain answers that need to be.

If it is not a trial situation, provide all information asked. Do not embelish, do not "forget" to mention, and if you do forget that you wore green neon socks that day, don't come back to that point unless later asked.

It's like a deposition -- you will be asked questions by an attorney, a court reporter will record everything every one says - you will be under oath and if you lie, it's perjury.

So, you answer the questions truthfully and bring all the documents you were told to bring.
