How do i paste myself from a picture to another background photo?

open both images, select all of your image, copy,

then paste over other image,

then select layer with your image, and erase around you,

you can use lasso tool  to copy with and also to delete selections,

once you have your image cleaned up, you can move around, and adjust color, re size, and save as psd and jpg,
