I get 2 points to answer this question so i'll just say"This question makes me blush just reading it."reminds me of the first time i wore my speedos for my swim meet.Some things you simply cant do anything about and just dont pay any attention to it and go out there and play.

Just Do It!  Our team has made a big joke out of it and we just like announce that we have to pick a wedgie and that no one should look.  Mostly everyone looks and you can make fun of them for looking.  Our coaches are so used to us screaming "thong wedgie!" that they don't even stop the drill or scrimmage at practice.  Don't worry whose watching you just kindly explain that its the nature of spandex to ride up your butt!  Good Luck!

when your squating down go to pull down your spandex a little and hope ot comes out.Also pretensd to tie your shoe and do the same thing.
