How do i pick the order my friends go in on 360?

That feature to control the order of friend is not available on 360, as it is in MySpace. Friends move to the top of the friends module when they update their 360 space (manually or automatically via their RSS feeds - which is no longer working anyway).

Also, I have found that if you click on some inactive user's profile pic, they move to the bottom upon returning to your page.

Yahoo 360 doesn't have that option.  It just shuffles your friends evertime you log in.
