How do i pierce my monroe myself, being safe?

i did my nose about a month ago and it turned out great! but now i want my monroe pierced but I'mm not sure how to do it. can you please help me??

The safest way for you to do it would be with an axe.I think thats what i would do.

Any time you want to do piercing below the belt, you need to get it done professionally because of risk of infection. You are lucky you didn't get a problem with your nose.

As the other answer indicated it is not below the belt a monroe is on the upper lip like a beauty mark, i.e. marilyn monroe or cindy crawford etc.  I would suggest getting it done just to be safe and so its positioned correctly. I would suggest

Don't be foolish! That is such a thick part of your body to pierce. Get it professionally done.
