Should be a quicktime movie use that.

Uh, well assuming your camera is recording in .mp4 format, like the only cameras i've experienced with do, simply find the file on your computer, and run it using whatever media player you're most familiar with (quicktime, windows media player, winamp, zune, itunes, etc.)
