How do i play my torrent File for sally's spa?

okay so i was downloading a Torrent file from Mininova.org. It was Sally's Spa. I just dont no how to open/play the game! I know this is stupid but how do you open it and play it!

the download will likely be in a compressed format, you need to decompress it using winrar or winzip. after that there will either be the install files or an iso.  if install files simply install and use a nocd patch. if its an iso you will need to mount the iso or burn it to media (either case will require the nocd patch to actually play the game)
