How do i play online with a playstaion2?

For PS2 online, all you need is a PS2 obviously, a network adapter(slim version has it built-in), a phone or Ethernet cable(Ethernet recommended), Internet access(dsl or broadband are better), and online capable games. Some games charge to use them online, but some don't. The games with the letters SCEA on the bottom of the spine of the game box are free(as said by playstation.com). I almost forgot you might need the disc that came with your PS2 when you got it. If it is not available I don't believe there will be a problem. All you do is connect your PS2 to your CPU and insert the disc into your PS2 and steps will guide you through the rest. If online disc is not available you should be able to use it online as long as you select online or something like that from your game menu.
