How do i politely end a friendship?

my best friend and i aren't in any classes together. but I'm in all the same classes as the girl i'm trying to stop being friends with and I'm scared we'll become friends again. how can i stay away from a girl who brings every one down but seems innocent!!!

avoide her as best you can but dont make it obvious if she says anything say something like well i dont think we are going to get along and id rather not hnag about with you if we r jst goin 2 fall out maybe a space will do us both good....also say that you dont want anything bad to happen between yous e.g rumours blah blah blah

In the end, no matter what you do, she won't like it.  I had to do the same thing recently.  I just stopped talking to her, besides saying the greeting of the day.  Where ever she went, I avoided her.  She didn't take it too well.  She did a lot of childish things to offend me.  I just pretended like I didn't notice.

Gently break it to her that you two just don't get along and try to stay out of each other's way. Have a venting secession. Talk about stuff and try  to reconnect and make friends with her. Fire and fire bigger fire.
