  1. take the cowards way out and tell him you are going to do the windows yourself in the future as you cant afford it .Then find another clearner !!

  2. JUst tell him, but not nastily, just in a breezy sort of way, like, "Oh, my windows looked a bit smudged last time, have you been using a different cloth?"  Then he'll know you've noticed :-)

  3. If you are paying him?...then you have the right to have the job done properly.

You can just tell him you dont need his help anymore, you have a friends kid that needs pocket money?

Or you can be fair & give him another chance.....let him know you are not happy and he needs to do a better job or you will have to find someone else to do it.. When hes finished the windows, take him out and show him all the smears that are there. Give him a chance to respond & take it in...and see for himself.. if he cant see the problem? then find a new cleaner.

  4. bit disappointed in this question.

i thought it was going to be "to stop looking at me when i'm getting changed"

seriously, does he do your neighbours' windows too?

have a chat with them, someone will no doubt have a word.

  5. Just tell him, After all he's probably charging £40 per hour, if you work it out.

  6. You just need to tell him. No nice way to say it!

  7. Hold on Nikki.  You are paying someone for a service that is not being supplied to your satisfaction.  Please do not continue paying out your hard earned money for a job that is not to your satisfaction.

If you do not wish to hurt his feelings or do not wish to risk getting into an argument with him, just thank him nicely for the work that he has done in the past for you, and tell him that  you have decided that, with the ever increasing cost of living you now need to do this chore yourself.  That way his feelings are not hurt and you will not get into a slanging match.

  8. Excuse me but when are you going to clean my windows??

Then he will realise he has"NT done them properly,

  9. Suggest that he changes his cloth more often as the windows look smudged.

  10. "Politely"! Now thats a difficult one,just award him the D.C.M ( don't come Monday!!! )

  11. You have to tell him that you are not satisfied with the cleaning of your windows, and suggest you give him a clean bucket of water before he does yours.
