I don't think there is a category in Yahoo Answers for posting job offers.  Yahoo Personals might have somethinig like that but it is a premium service that you have to pay for.

Use the Search box at http://groups.yahoo.com/ to search for a Group that features job offers.  Once you've found such a Group, join it, then post the ad.
