  1. power - depends on the kind of camera back you have. the one i used had a 10-pin cable that went to a videotape recorder, or an AC adaptor with breakout of audio and video signal.  it can also be powered by an AC power pack that snaps on the back of the camera, sometimes called the genlock adaptor.

accessories - this camera comes from the era of VHS recording, so it will connect to a VHS portable recorder. It has replacable lens, either an 8x with auto-focus (great for surveilence type service) and 12x manual focus zoom.  it has stereo mic amps and can accept external mics, however since it doesn't have an internal tape recorder, that is not particularly useful. it has a shoulder mount/grip.  an electronic view finder. panasonic also made a remote control kit that included a motorized pan/tilt camera support.

since this camera is an antique, it is no longer supported by panasonic. accessories items regularly come up on eBay, it takes the same items as the wv-D5000 and wv-3260 cameras.
