  1. wikihow.com

this is an awesome website that tells you step by step how to do each thing and what you need. It also tells you little stretches to do to help you prepare for gymnastics and cheerleadin

  2. yah you could use chairs... what i do is i when i come across something elivated and small i just stand on it and pull my scorpions, stretches, bow and arroows...ect

  3. stand on the bottom stair of your staircase so if you fall it's not a long way down. put your foot close to the edge of it though so you can't wiggle around. also, standing on a cushioned chair or trampoline will help since they're not stable. when you're on more stable hands, you'll be so used to being on the wobbly surfaces that it'll be like standing on solid ground. good luck!

  4. Sure, you can do that or use a stair or even a coffee can (just make sure it's not tippy or you could seriously hurt your ankle.) Pool nudles cut in half the long way are good too because they make you work a little harder than a flat surface does.

You can find more info on these stunting drills here: http://aescougarcheer.com/Cheer101/stunt...

  5. I guess you could use a chair, but you can just do it on the floor. When you're in the air you're not actually balancing, because 3 people have you. Just pull up alot.

If you have to use furniture you could use like a storage box too.
