How do i practice throwing in the winter ?

I was born and reared in the Midwest, Indiana, " actually in the Mideast", look at any decent map.

I could find a sturdy backstop many places that I could throw against.

Get off your lazy butt and go find one.

what i do i go to my basement and bring a few baseballs and throw at the wall in front of me. and if you have a finished basement then i can't help you with that

wut i do is my team rents out like a warehouse type place or a gym and we have our regular 2 hr practices of throwing the ball or hitting (in a cage or into a net) or we sometimes even play scrimages with tennis balls

so if u like this idea u could tell ur coach and see if u guys can like it and can find a place

I always did one of three things

1. Go to the nearest indoor soccer field or indoor sports/recreation center and use their indoor fields. If the best thing you can find is a basketball court, then you can go during hours that aren't busy and possibly use a softer ball (not a softball).

2. You could pay to rent out a tunnel at a local baseball facility, but this is usually really expensive.

3. Or you could gear up with some under armor on the warmest days of the week and just do a brief workout. Just enough to keep your arm strength and maintain.
