How do i prevent snakes when im in the bush at midnight

im going on a all night bush war game and its really thick and the grass is really long so i was just wondering wat to do about snakes when im laying on ground and walking around

HAHA, before reading the description, the title of this is really funny. Makes sense now.

I think maybe just be sure to make noise? most likely they will run away from noise, and be careful of where you step.

you shouldn't worry bout it at night but if you need more wear long pants and stamp on the ground every now and then

Well wear boots and long pants, tuck your pants into your boots. Unfortunately I can't think of anything to protect your face from a snake biting you.

Shouldn't have to much trouble at night as most snakes would be burrowed away somewhere. If you are still worried wear good boots and thick pants like jeans to help prevent a bite. An even better idea is to send someone in front of you to clear the way. : )
