Relax, don't be tense. Pick your seat- Ride in the first car, middle of the row or the inside seat (generally the far right) The outside seat (usually the left) and the back row is the worst. Don't rest against the headrest. Ask around if the ride was jerky. Some rides look smooth and aren't, steel coasters are the smoothest. Look for few turns and how abruptly it stops. Research the park and rides for reviews before riding.
