  1. Relax, don't be tense.  Pick your seat- Ride in the first car, middle of the row or the inside seat (generally the  far right)  The outside seat (usually the left) and the back row is the worst.  Don't rest against the headrest.  Ask around if the ride was jerky.  Some rides look smooth and aren't, steel coasters are the smoothest.  Look for few turns and how abruptly it stops.  Research the park and rides for reviews before riding.

  2. Try to keep your head stabilized on the back rest.  if no back rest then try to pridict the coming turns and twist and tilt your head the other way.

  3. you can't as a general rule of thumb -keep your body as relaxed as possible.  if this is a fear, don't ride.

  4. All the people are wrong.

If you want to prevent whip lash DON'T sit in the back.

Sit in the front or middle,ut not at the back.

  5. i would sit toward middle-ish of the ride. and just relax, dont think about and just go with the ride. have fun!

  6. Sit up tall, with your head against the head rest bit.  Also don't hold the handle bars, hold the top part of the leather part that supports you on the ride.  I found that doing that stops you bouncing about too much.  You'll still enjoy it and you'll get that feeling in your stomach AND the adreneline rush!! ENJOY

  7. don't go on it
