How do i print double sided from Microsoft word?

I am using the latest version of word at work, i have to print off a report double sided but im not sure how (dumb question i know)

how do i set printer settings so it prints off double sided?

  1. Im not sure u can cause itll ave to spin around the piece of paper, just print one page on one piece of paper, turn it around and put it back in on the otherside


  2. When you go to print, select duplex printing if your printer allows it.

  3. Depends on the printer and if it has that capability.

    Ask your IT guy.

  4. Printer has to have duplex option. This tends to be an added unit bought for the specific model of printer. It needs the duplex unit to print on both sides. Once fitted, when you click print then the printer properties box, extra functions will appear.

    but you could also print every other page and then put the printed pages bk into the printer in the right order and orientation so that the reverse page prints correctly

  6. Set it to print every other side (e.g. odd numbers). Put the papers back in the tray (backwards , but don't shift order), and set it to print every other side again, but even numbers this time.
