How do i program my comcast remote to my sylvania tv?

ok, so i have a 'Sylvania' tv and a 'comcast' 3 in 1 remote. Ive tried to use the codes given to me to program the remote to the tv. they were - 0054 0030 0171 none of them worked. anything else i can do?

1. turn on your tv

2.on remote pressTV once. Then press setup until TV blinks twice then release

3.enter 9-9-1 tv will blink twice

4.press and release digit 1 tv will blink twice

5.press power and aim the remote at tv and press ch+ one or more times until tv turns off

6.press setup once to lock in the code tv will blink twice
