How do i properly uninstall a software when every time i try to an error comes up? ?

i was deleting a software and i accidentally deleted the software to my wireless USB card. but it seems like it didn't delete all the way so i can re install it. the error says: "an instillation support file could not be installed. the system cannot find the file specified"

please help!

note: I CANNOT ACCESSS THE INTERNET. DOWNLOADS ARE NOT AN OPTION. (unless you can tell me how to download it to aflash drivee)

Did you get a CD with the USB card? Reinstall from that. If that doesn't work, why don't you just re-install your system. With Windoze you need to do that once a year anyhow.
