How do i prove that an officer is committing conduct unbecoming an officer by using a work computer to harass?

my wife has been continually harassed by a female correctional officer! i want to clear this up she is not in jail lol however this female is using her status to abuse threaten and harass my wife over the internet using a work computer and all the law seems to tell us is not to look at it! how can we put a stop to this misconduct so other decent citizens wont have to suffer the same emotional damages being caused?

Go to the Governor's office,their is alot of power in these prisons.Wardens have alot of power in and out of them, they are connected to alot of law enforcement,be very careful who you try to get help from,file a formal complaint.You can also get a warrant for this person for harassment.

Tell her not to use the computer for a few months and she will lose interest.It will blow over.

Report her to the head of the prison or jail.  It will be very easy to prove so you should demand that it be investigated.
