How do i put a image on a dvd?

im trying to put an image on a dvd disc so that it can be played on my projector and be displayed on my wall, but everytime i burn it, it cant be read by a dvd player

please help

It always depends on the dvd player you're using, but most commonly,

you create a slideshow of the image you need. This is generally used for the basic dvd player.

Create dvd disc using dvd video setting. From there you can insert an image using the slideshow and generate the image to be played on a dvd player. Never burn data type dvd.
