How do i put a pic from google for my icon?

stupid question i know but i REALLY dont know how! i wanna put a joker pic(s**y!!!) as my answers icon.

with your left click hold it down and put it over tha pic till there's like a blue shade over it or something let go then right click and press copy on the picture,then wen you put it up were ever right click and do paste!
