How do i put boxing gloves on?

I got these everlast boxing gloves. They are extremely hard to put on. They are bag gloves and they have a velcro strap around the wrists. HOWEVER, there is another extremely tight band around the velcro strap.

its as oxy simply puts it. a trainer is supposed to help put your gloves on.
