How do i put export pictures to my ps3 with my external harddrive

i save the picture to my external harddrive as a jpeg and then i go to; photos on my ps3, usb device and hit x, then it says there is no images. even though there are like a lot of pictures on my external. can anyone help me

  1. they need to be in a folder caleld PHOTOS for the ps3 to register them.

    all folders for the ps3 to see them muct be in caps, so MUSIC and VIDEOS too.

    as an alternative you can hit triangle and "Display All2 to manaully search through the dirve, however this cam mess up if you use it to access your music.

    Hitting triangle on anythign always brings up extra options on most things on the XMB.

    hoepfully sony will patch it so the ps3 scans the drive for all msuic/videos/photos etc, in future.


  2. While having the USB flash drive option selected (not clicked on yet), press Triangle and select Display All.
