  1. upload the files from the MP3 player. Find the USB Device on your computer - copy all the files to the location you want.

  2. if you have an iPod some of these things that people are saying aren't going to work...

the one way that I know does work is that you have to download a specific program to do it.

there are a few that i have found to work...

    YamiPod- Mac and Windows Versions

    iGadget- Windows Only

iPod Access- Mac and Windows Versions

    PodUtil- Mac and Windows Versions

    iPodCopy -Mac and Windows Versions

    PodPlayer- Windows Only

    CopyPod- Windows Only

  3. Go to Apple.com and download iTunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes/overview/). Install iTunes on your computer.  Plug your iPod into your computer and click on sync in iTunes.

  4. I downloaded a software called 'Aniosoft iPod To Computer' to help me, It is a ipod backup tool to help you easily copy / transfer your songs , videos from your iPod to PC. You can find it at http://www.dvdipodsoft.com/ipod-to-compu...

It's fast, easy and very wonderful. I think it is a good choose.Hope it helps.

  5. if you plug in your ipod with nothing in your itunes library and sync it you'll lose all your songs there are programs you can download to get the songs back off your ipod and onto your computer
