How do i put movies on my Zen 2gb?

I have a zen 2gb and i wanted to know how i can put movies on it?

first you should install the CD it came with. when its done click on the zen icon on the computer screen it will give you options one is how to put videos on. click that and the rest is easy. i just got my zen and i figured it out. good luck
