How do i put music and or video on my Mylo 2?

how do i put music or movies and other video on my sony mylo 2? i know u need a memory stick but how do i get it from my computer to my mylo 2?

some computers u can plug the memory stick into the computer and the mylo should have already formated it so u just drag music to the music folder and videos to the video folder. otherwise u can use the usb cable that came with it conect it to the computer and do the same thing. you just have to drag and drop into the correct folder.
