Use Yahoo! 360 and upload a picture there. Then, edit your profile here on Y!A and choose the option with your 360 picture. It will show up.

go to edit profile and u can put your avatar as your picture

go to mail

then click on the gray picture  

then click wether your a boy or girl and make an avatar!
